• What is your dispensing fee?
  
  While the dispensing fee varies between CDS stores and ranges from $8.49 to $9.99, we caution customers to compare total prescription prices and not just dispensing fees as the drug mark-up component of prescription pricing varies substantially between pharmacies.
  

• Can you bill my drug plan directly?
  
  Your CDS Pharmacy has billing privileges with most online adjudicators so generally speaking, if your plan is one that can be billed online, we can do it.
  
  
• I have prescription refills at another pharmacy. Can I get them filled at my CDS pharmacy?
  
  Yes. We can transfer your non-narcotic prescriptions to our pharmacy and fill them at your convenience.
  
  
• Do you deliver and what is the cost of delivery?
  
  We always have free prescription delivery. There may be minimum dollar requirements for non-prescription delivery and this will vary by location. Please consult your local CDS Pharmacy for specific policies and minimums, if any.
  
  
• What are your hours?
  
  We tend to keep limited hours in order that you will have consistency of pharmacy personnel whenever you visit. Further, our pharmacists and staff have families to care for and lives outside of the pharmacy. We feel that well-rounded, well-rested personnel will ultimately be able to serve your needs more effectively.

• Do you offer any types of specialty packaging for seniors or the disabled?
  
  We offer weekly dosett filling or heat sealed blister cards for those individuals who may find this service beneficial. Added costs for this type of service are minimal. Please consult your local CDS branch for specific details.
  
  
• What other types of services are available at CDS Pharmacy?
  
  We offer many other services including, but not limited to, Acupuncture, Diet Counselling, Medication Reviews, Home Visits, and destruction of old medications to name a few. Please consult your local CDS Pharmacy for details and pricing, if applicable.
  
  Note that the cost of many of these services qualify for Medical Expense Tax Credit.
